1. What are the additional fees?
Additional Moving Fee: Any movement of a rental from one location to another (including from ceremony room to reception room at the same venue) will incur a $100 moving fee). 
Distance Fee: For rentals outside of the 20 mile radius from our warehouse located in downtown Orlando will incur an additional $2 per mile driven. 
Additional Day Fee: For rentals that cannot be picked up until the following day will incur a $100 additional day fee.
Custom Additions: Flowers on the rentals CANNOT be removed. However, additional colors/fresh flowers can be ADDED to fit your theme. Cost for additional flowers are based on flower type.

2. Do you use real flowers?
All floral arrangements as-is are made of premium silk flowers. 

3. How long are the flower rentals available for rent?
All floral installations are available for the whole day. The price is for 1 setup only. Additional moving fees will apply if the rental is to be moved from the ceremony to the reception, or anywhere else other than the initial setup.

4. Can I just move the floral piece myself from one location to another?
No, our floral pieces are very large and do not fit through normal doorways. We require our own team to move any items. This is due to insurance reasons, which will not cover anyone outside our team to handle our floral pieces. 

5. Are you licensed and insured?
Yes, let us know if you need us to provide a certificate to your venue.

6. Do you require a deposit to book?
Yes, we require a 25% non-refundable deposit to secure your date. The remaining 75% is due 14 days before your event.

7. What if my event is postponed?
Please reach out via email to let us know as soon as possible and refer to your contract for postponed deposit reimbursements.
